Itty Bitty Basketball!!

We attempted our first organized sporting clinic with Carson in January and let's just say it didn't go quite as we had hoped. (Brad's retirement plan is getting Carson involved in professional sport:)

This is pretty much what he did the whole time, after I could convince him to let go of my leg that is!

He did like getting his certificate and meeting Lenny the Lion

We are going to attempt again in March - hopefully it will go better:)

Farewell Elder Ulrich!!!

My brother Ryan reported to the MTC on January 6th. He will be serving the people of Singapore! We are so proud of him, we will miss him, we know he will be blessed and will bless those around him for accepting the call to serve! Love you Bro!!!

Christmas Nativity 2009

This year for Christmas my mom arranged for us to be in a live nativity! Her Neighbor does this at their farm in their stable. It was a great experience!

Live animals and all:)

Me & Jace enjoying the show.

Carson was a wise man, we loved his hat!

Aunt Denise keeping Jace warm.

Me about to shove this snowball in Nanci's face!

Christmas Eve

We let everyone open one gift before we headed up the the Ulrich Family party. This was Jace's favorite part of his:)

The cousin's gift exchange - this year we decided to coordinate and got them all transformers - made for a more peaceful evening!

Carson and his cheesy smile

This was Uncle Ryan's last Christmas before he leaves on his mission - he got a great camera to capture Singapore!

Christmas Day!!

Christmas morning was so fun this year! Carson finally got the whole Santa thing (unfortunately now he is wanting EVERYTHING from Santa) This is his Mr. Potato Head, no joke the first thing he said was "Mr. Tato Head in a Handbag!" I have no idea where he even heard the term - I call mine a purse.

Dad helping him load his nerf gun

I was surprised that he was even way excited about getting clothes.

Jace sat up by himself for the first time in this pic, i don't really think he knows what is going on!

Happy Boy!

We went to the Chipmunk movie with the Browns. It was Carson's first time in a movie theater, I have never seen his eyes so big! Definitely something we want to make a tradition of!

These are all the animals Grandpa Ulrich gave him (he was lining them up so he could shoot them with his nerf gun:)

What a great day!!

New Years!

We were able to celebrate Christmas and New Year's up in Idaho with all of Brad's family. We hadn't all been to together in a really long time so it was really good to be together!

Grammy & Grandpa Bowen got Carson a fireman kit that he loves!

"Santa" got this for the kids to play with at Grammy's house

Ya... so Brad bought his first pair of sweats EVER and they were HUGE. That is Jace's hat on his head, don't ask me what he is doing with his face!

Playing games with the fam

The whole fam at Craigos Pizza

Carson has figured out that if he eats like this he doesn't get his hands dirty:)

Thanksgiving in Idaho

Thanksgiving was great this year, we got to spend 5 days in Idaho with the Bowen's and it was awesome!

Carson was Uncle Dain's little buddy the whole time.

Red Robin in Idaho - which by the way does not have the California club, crazy!!!!

I found one of Kate's barrettes and couldn't resist, sorry Jace!
